Meet Stuart Sinclair  

Stuart Sinclair knows the real estate business.  From finding his perfect home (twice), to his extensive experience with Re/Max West for the past 18 years, he’s seen it all.
Stuart’s clients like him and continue to retain his services because he has a passion for the real estate industry, and can expertly help guide his clients through the complicated home selling and buying process.  His first priority is helping his clients find their next perfect home, and that results in exceptional client care.
For Stuart, real estate is all in the family.  His mother Lois is a part of the Sinclair Realty team, his wife Timea works with him, and his brother Michael is an agent in Los Angeles.  The Sinclair Team commitment to innovative and effective marketing campaigns for their clients have earned them awards, including the Re/Max Executive Award, 100% Club and even Platinum Awards.
Giving back is also ingrained in the Sinclair family.  Stuart supports many charities including Sick Kids Hospital, Children’s Miracle Network, the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and many other local community initiatives.
When he’s not helping people buy and sell homes, he can be found riding horses with his daughter Sofia, frequenting a local Caledon eatery with his wife, or on his motorcycle cruising the beautiful Caledon countryside.


Timea Edelenyi  - From a Hungarian descent, Timea studied her early years of schooling in Europe. She moved to Canada with her family in 1994. And with time, Timea fell in love with what Canada had to offer and thanks her parents immensely for migrating to this beautiful country we call home.

Timea has lived in the Bolton/Caledon area for the last 13 years and has true appreciation for the town’s beauty, safety, and friendly people that reside here. She believes Caledon is a perfect, quaint and family oriented town thus loves working here as a Realtor. Timea is so patient when working to find a house to call a "home" for new families to grow into or for empty nesters to down size.

Her background in teaching, customer service, sales and hospitality is an asset for her real estate career. Knowing that buying or selling real estate may be one of the greatest and wisest investments one makes, having a background in education, Timea takes the time to educate her clients on various approaches. She respects that each individual has a different learning style. Using statistics, graphs, visual presentations, or a written analysis of the current Real Estate Market, Timea provides ample information for both her buyers and sellers.
